Founded on the expertise and security nous of highly experienced operators from elite military and police backgrounds, SEAK benefits from a dedicated in-house onshore development team with decades of ingenuity in software engineering.

SEAK’s products and services have been designed to integrate with customers’ existing security provisions, partners, and protocols to protect and enhance their current personnel safety and security investment.

SEAK Global was founded by a group of highly experienced operators consisting of former Special Forces personnel, police and security specialists with UK parliament and government backgrounds. Along with our in-house software development team, we have designed and created tailored security focused technology solutions for the past 5 years.

Hefin Jones MC
Executive Chairman

Former Regimental Sergeant Major with a Specialised Military Unit during 25 years of service, Hef gained exceptional experience working in concert with the Intelligence Services, Police, US Tier 1 Military Units and the DEA. Subsequently Director of Above Ground Risks for a major oil company, supporting upstream and downstream operations in remote and hostile regions. Founder Member of SEAK.

Mark Brodermann
Chief Executive Officer

Mark served eight years as an Officer in the British Army and has subsequently worked for over 25 years in a number of sectors from business start-up to large blue-chip environments. Formerly Executive Director at Priory Healthcare, responsible for a turnover in excess of £44 million, and COO of an international consultancy for Fortune 500 companies, Mark has founded three companies specialising in the areas of cost management, utilities, SaaS and franchising.

Rob Clother
Chief Technology Officer

Rob coordinates the design and development of SEAK’s digital product suite, and sets the direction of future innovation. He brings with him 20 years of experience in software development and architecture. He holds a PhD in applied mathematics, and is a co-founder of Piktical Ltd. In his spare time, he helps to run meetings of the London Quantum Computing Group.

Charlie Hart
Director of Customer Experience

Instrumental in identifying and driving strategic partnerships able to accelerate SEAK’s route to market and enhance its offering, Charlie’s knowledgeof the product and services positions him at the forefront of SEAK’s customer experience. Prior to SEAK, he fronted Account Management within a high-intensity environment, gaining invaluable commercial and customer experience.

Paul Atherton
Director

Paul is the former CEO and CFO of Heritage Oil, which had a premium listing on the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange and was a member of the  FTSE 250 until being acquired for US$1.6 billion in 2014. He has a corporate finance background with over 20 years’ experience in the international  natural resource sectors and is a chartered accountant, having qualified with Deloitte & Touche.

Currently a Senior Counsel at Charles Russell Speechlys and General Counsel at Prevail Partners, a risk management company. Formerly General Counsel and a founder shareholder of telecommunications group Inquam Limited – overseeing all legal work for raising initial capital of US$437 million, an additional US$200 million and purchasing various operations across Europe.

Paul Powley
Senior Advisor

Paul recently retired from a distinguished career in the Police as Detective Superintendent, working closely with the Metropolitan Police, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall, Wiltshire and Avon & Somerset constabularies. His career encompassed appointments within the Criminal Investigation Department and Force Intelligence Bureau. Latterly, Paul has managed partner-agencies protecting domestic abuse victims.

Angelique Tambourine
Accountant

Angelique has a wealth of experience gained from more than 20 years working in Finance within a variety of sectors, including Oil and Gas, retail, and manufacturing. Her knowledge of financial modelling and analysis guides the forecasting and direction of SEAK’s business strategy.
